A3 Leadership System
AGE's core operating system for leadership — the shared framework of practices, assessments, and structures that carries a leader from restoration through multiplication.

What it is
A3 is the applied, operating-system version of the Heal → Align → Equip → Multiply framework — the specific tools, assessments, and governance structures a leader and their organization run on once inside AGE’s network.
How it is used
Cohorts move through A3 under licensed facilitators, applying each stage to their own leadership context and organization rather than studying it in the abstract.
Relationship to other ALI programs
Healed to Build precedes A3 for leaders who need it; Facilitator Licensing is the subsequent stage for leaders who will go on to teach the system elsewhere.
