Who We Serve
Regions & Communities
Where AGE's framework operates at the scale of a region — multiple organizations and leaders, connected through the same governance standards.
What regional engagement looks like
At the regional level, AGE works through licensed facilitators rather than direct, centralized involvement — the model described under Regional & Global Expressions, applied to a specific community or geography.
The goal is a network of leaders and organizations within a region operating from a shared framework, able to support and hold each other accountable, rather than isolated efforts that do not compound.
Why regions, not just organizations
A single well-governed organization in a region with no surrounding infrastructure remains fragile. AGE's regional work aims at enough density — multiple formed leaders, multiple healthy organizations — that the framework's standards become the norm locally.
