The pattern we address
Many organizations, including churches, are structurally identical to their founder: when that person is unavailable, distracted, or gone, the organization's ability to function goes with them. This is a governance gap more than a leadership failure — the systems around the person were never built.
AGE works with these organizations to build the structures — decision-making authority, succession, financial independence — that let the mission continue independent of any one individual.
How this differs from typical consulting
This work starts with the leader, not the org chart. An organization's structure tends to reflect its leader's own alignment; restructuring without addressing that first produces documents that do not hold under pressure.
Once a leader has moved through AGE's formation sequence, organizational development proceeds from a stable foundation rather than around an unaddressed one.
