What We Build
Leadership Formation Environments
The cohort structures and settings where AGE's formation sequence is delivered — not classrooms, but supervised environments built for restoration and alignment work.
Why environment matters
Formation work — particularly the Heal and Align stages — does not happen through content delivery alone. It requires a controlled environment: small cohorts, consistent facilitation, and enough time for genuine change rather than performed change.
AGE designs these environments around cohort size, facilitator ratio, and cadence deliberately, treating them as infrastructure rather than a byproduct of a training calendar.
What is built into each environment
An assessment structure to establish where a leader actually is, a facilitation model using trained and licensed facilitators rather than ad hoc mentors, and a review process that determines readiness to advance.
These environments are the delivery mechanism for ALI’s programs — Healed to Build and the A3 Leadership System both run inside this structure.
