Commitments to the leaders we work with
We commit to not advancing a leader past a stage of formation that has not been genuinely completed, regardless of external pressure or opportunity to do so.
We commit to confidentiality in restoration and formation work — material addressed in the Heal stage is not used for evaluation purposes elsewhere in the organization.
Commitments within our licensing structure
We commit to consistent standards across every facilitator we license, regardless of region or organization size. Licensing is reviewed, not granted permanently, and is revocable.
