What We Build
Organizational Development
Governance, structural, and operational systems that let an organization scale without its health depending on any single leader remaining in place.

What organizational development covers
This work addresses the structures around a leader, not the leader alone: governance boards, decision-making authority, role clarity, and succession planning. An organization can have a well-formed leader and still be structurally fragile if these are missing.
AGE assesses an organization's structure directly — where authority is concentrated, where it is ambiguous, and where growth is currently bottlenecked on one person.
How it connects to the framework
Organizational development is the Align and Equip stages applied at the institutional level: aligning the organization’s structure to its stated mission, then equipping it with the operating systems needed to carry that mission at scale.
