Who this includes
Founders whose organizations have outgrown their personal capacity, second-stage leaders inheriting authority they were not structurally prepared for, and emerging leaders being formed before they are given significant responsibility.
What is common across all of them is a readiness gap between the authority they hold, or are about to hold, and the internal and structural formation to carry it well.
What engagement looks like
Entry typically begins with an assessment to locate a leader honestly within the framework — not every leader starts at Heal. Engagement then follows the sequence relevant to where they actually are.
