What licensing establishes
Licensing creates an accountability structure and a consistent standard for how A3 is taught and applied, so the model does not drift or dilute as it spreads across leaders and regions.
Process
Licensing follows demonstrated completion of A3 and evidence of its application in the leader’s own context, reviewed and commissioned through AGE’s governance structure — it is not granted on course completion alone.
What it protects
This stage protects both the leader, by ensuring they are not carrying authority before they are ready, and the model itself. AGE’s Mandate is explicit on this point: leaders are not advanced prematurely.
