Leadership Formation
AGE's formation model is sequential by design — each stage of the framework exists because skipping it produces a specific, predictable failure downstream.

Formation as a sequence, not a curriculum
Most leadership development treats formation as a menu: pick the skills you are missing and take a course. AGE treats formation as a sequence, where each stage — Heal, Align, Equip, Multiply — depends on the one before it being genuinely complete.
A leader can be highly skilled and still structurally unready. Formation, in this model, is about readiness as much as competence.
Why premature advancement fails
Leaders advanced before they're ready tend to build organizations that mirror their own unresolved misalignment: unclear authority, dependence on the founder, systems that cannot survive a transition.
This is why facilitator licensing exists as a distinct, later stage — the ability to teach the model is gated behind demonstrated application of it.
What formation produces
The output of formation is not a credential. It is a leader capable of building systems that outlast their own direct involvement — the throughline from Heal to Multiply.
